Certified Translations with Formal Validity
We issue certified translations prepared by a qualified professional translator, certified through advanced electronic signature in accordance with Law 19.799.
This format allows the translation to be delivered by email with full formal validity, without the need for in-person collection.
Certified translations are commonly required to present documents before:

Delivery Times
We offer two general service options:
— Same-Day Urgent Service
- If you need the translation on the same day you request the quote, the service is considered urgent.
- For the language pair Spanish <> English, the reference price is $30,000 per page.
- Urgent requests are only available for jobs confirmed before 13:00, and always subject to actual availability.
- If we cannot meet the requested deadline, we simply do not accept the job.
— Delivery in 24 Hours or More
- If you request your translation in advance, you benefit from a more convenient rate.
- For the pair Spanish <> English, the minimum reference rate is $25,000 per certified page.
- From the second page onwards, volume and density discounts may apply.
- In certain cases, the price may decrease to $15,000 per page when the material presents favorable conditions and the volume exceeds 50 pages.
- The usual delivery time is less than 24 hours or within the next business day.
- For complex documents or difficult formatting, the deadline may be extended depending on workload.
What the Service Includes
Each certified translation includes:
- professional translation of the document,
- preservation of the general format of the original,
- a translation certificate in the target language,
- certification through advanced electronic signature,
- digital delivery by email.
There are no hidden costs or additional delivery charges.
Payment Method
We operate through electronic bank transfer:
- 50% at the beginning,
- 50% upon delivery, once the translation has been approved by the client.
The translation is first sent for review. Once the client approves it, the remaining balance is paid and the final certification is completed.

- We review the material and send the quotation.
- Once the quote is accepted, the initial 50% payment is made.
- The document format is prepared and the translation is carried out.
- We send the translation to you for review and approval.
- Once the remaining balance is received, we certify the document with an advanced electronic signature.
- The certified translation is immediately delivered by email.

- We work with professionalism, accuracy and punctuality.
- If the requested deadline is not feasible, we inform you immediately. We prefer not to accept a job rather than commit to a delivery we cannot fulfill properly.
